He has been singing from the age of 6. He belongs to a music family where his Maternal Grand Father was a very big folk singer in the southern part of India. His first fan was his mother who took the initiative in making him enroll in music classes, he has learnt from more than 100’s of teachers from all over the world, his first lessons were on violin then carnatic vocals, Hindustani dhrupad and pop music, his renditions are soul full, emoting to the core, his voice has an unique timbre.
he loves performing his own songs from his albums and also loves to perform songs of other composers in India and abroad, he is a well trained Indian classical singer, when time allows him he also performs classical concerts.

MohanGandhi is a Composer, Singer, Songwriter and mentor who is born and brought up in the southern skirts of India, but who has love for the Universe. He states himself the Son of the Globe. A Multirole Wonder and a Multifaceted Personality. He has a sound knowledge in wide genres of music. He has a great passion for music from his childhood, from there he was sincere in learning the intricacies of music. For his credit he has Certification from Trinity College of London in western music, Bachelors & Masters Degree in Indian Music from the University of Chennai with First Class in the entire academic’s. He is pursuing his Doctorate in Music in speciality of Tamil compositions from Tamil Nadu Fine Arts University. He has acquired an accredition from Cambridge University, London as a Internal examiner for cambridge board of schools in india and abroad. He has been awarded with so many awards for his extra ordinary performance. He was the best Outstanding Student of the College for the entire academic from the Central College of Carnatic Music. He has a Great a Compassion for Animals and He works towards Global Peace with Music as the Media.
